Noir chronicles the lives of four people living in a poor neighborhood plagued by violence, drug trafficking, and prostitution. Kadhafi, a former street gang member and father of a young boy, has just got out of prison and wants to stay out of trouble. Fleur, a 17 year-old Haitian mother in an abusive and passionate relationship with her daughter's father, dreams of becoming a nurse. Suzie, a white stripper, falls for Evans, a black gangster. Their relationship will take an unexpected turn. And finally, there is Dickens, a 16 year-old Haitian hoping to join the street gang controlled by his older brother, who denies him entry. Noir reveals the world of street gangs. It’s a story that takes place on our very doorsteps.
